The oil change and service from the representatives in the building are great, however this is the 2nd time I've had an oil change and had oil spots/slicks left inside my car. On my seat, on the center console, on the steering wheel, & on the door. I even found a spot on my jeans from seating in the driver seat when I got home. I I just don't understand how the person who is driving the car from the garage to the parking spot can't see the oil they left in my car. Very unprofessional. I never had this happen when it was Boyle Buick.

Had to have the front struts replaced which included a front end alignment. I decided to hang out in the customer lobby knowing it would take several hours for the service to be completed. As always greeted with a smile and good morning from the service department staff since my vehicle has been OEM maintaned since it was purchased in 2015, so all my service has been peforn=med here and they let me know what services are due. This service did not take as long as I thought it would and I was on my way in several hours. A bit pricey but it needed to be done.

Experience started online where I asked for information. My request was promptly responded to by Morgan Anderson, and I stopped into dealership and meet with her. The dealership personnel were all courteous and friendly, and the showroom organized and clean. Morgan was exceptional in all aspects. She knew all the details of the truck I was interested in as well as other models I inquired about. She also gave me a tour of service department and amenities I would find useful in the future. Dan in financing was excellent too. His presentation of options for my vehicle was not just a laundry list. Dan asked me questions about my use of the truck and guided me accordingly. The next day I had returned to give info on my trade-in; Morgan was not available, and I pleasantly dealt with another salesperson and the manager who were very helpful with everything I needed. Although the overall outcome did not resolve my issue , I was advised that it may not. I felt there was more focus on selling new tires than there was on resolving my transmission issue. Also noted the after a professional rotated my tires I would not have left there with one tire 9lbs low on air Additional I felt when I came to check out at the cashiers window the person. Could have been a bit more professional. Sitting in the chair, eating a bag of chips and greeting me with “last name?” Could be handled a great deal more professionally. Would be helpful if she could actually explain the $600 bill I was paying, rather than “they did what you told them to do”

No problem with workmanship however if the repair is going to take 2 his was days longer than expected (in addition to a weekend) then a loaner vehicle should be offered to the customer. I do not blame the employees in the service area but instead it is poor company practice not to be ensure the customer has alternate transportation via a loaner vehicle.

Right before our vacation, we made arrangements to have the incoming Enclave Avenir that was in transit on hold until we got back even though it is vey high demand. . We completed the deal the day after returning. Everyone was so helpful to process the loan request including getting the military discount. Coach Dan finished up the process signing us up for the various packages and final financial document. We signed up for everything offered. We keep our cars for the long haul as we still have an 2007 Lucerne with approx 120k in mileage. Although it was after hours on a Saturday - everyone was very patient with us and did not rush us. I asked that my tires be rotated after my oil change, like I always do. That wasn’t complicated. I waited an hour for the service representative who was on the phone at the time for an hour. To ask why my tires weren’t rotated. She never took a minute of her time to talk with me. So I departed the dealership. I plan on looking for another GMC service for my truck.

I was in for an oil change on Friday, Oct 3. and asked for quote on 4 tires. Erin was wonderful and got me that quote while I waited. I told Erin I would be back Monday first thing in the morning to get them put on. She said she would order them and even offered for me to leave the car and come back because the tires would be in that afternoon. I preferred to come back Monday, so I left. I returned on Monday, Oct 6 around 7:45 am and checked in. At 8:25, Erin informed me that the tires never showed up on Friday and they would not be in until later. In addition, there was not a loaner available for me. I decided to come back on Tuesday, Oct 7. to have the tires put on. Even though there was a power outage on Tuesday, my tires were in and installed that morning. Erin was kind enough to give me a $25 discount for my troubles. In the future, I would recommend that customer service inform the customer if their tires did not come in/were not available. Erin does a great job of being honest and direct, but I would have appreciated a call early Monday morning to let me know that the tires had not arrived before I made a trip down to the shop. -Amy Trimble

I scheduled my appointment the day prior (Friday) through the GMC app and I got an email confirmation saying my appointment was confirmed. I also wanted to apply my $177 credit in GM points to this service. When I arrived, the tech said the appointment wasn’t in the system and my points were not applied to my bill. Over $400 for an oil change, tire rotation, and a fuel filter is excessive; a fuel filter is a $30 part and I was charged $196 for the service. I understand you’re running a business but the prices are exorbitant. I am considering taking my business elsewhere, which is not what I want to do since I have been a loyal customer since 2015.

My battery died while I was running a couple of errands. I tried calling the dealership that night and could not get the receptionist on the phone. I called emergency towing and the call did not go through. I called the morning of 10/9 and left a voicemail with service. I called back an hour later and got a woman to whom I explained what happened. Shea did not tell me her name. Instead she asked me to get AAA to come jump the car or a neighbor to help me. If Blake Boyle would not have gotten on the phone with me (my family has dealt with the location since it was Boyle Buick) and helped me out, the dealership would not be getting any stars because of the way I was treated by this woman. Blake helped me out and it is because of him that I will continue to come in for service. When I decide to get a new vehicle I am not sure I will deal with Anderson in the future.

The time in-shop was long, so I availed myself of your courtesy ride home. Joe, the driver was pleasant, well versed on the traffic situation, and a good conversationalist. I enjoyed riding with him. Erin Okeefe was clear in explaining what was found and my options. I am hearing impaired, but had no trouble understanding her. She to was pleasant to work with. So far, the car is running well. I presented a $25 GM Rewards email but I do not believe it was applied to my final bill. I had asked for an oil change, change of air filter and change of cabin filter. I believe I was charged for an oil change and tire rotation. I get my tires rotated where I purchased them free of charge, so I did not want a tire rotation because it was not due at this time. Service was prompt and everyone was nice but I wish they had done what I asked for when I came in. I understand they were installing a new computer system, so things were a little confusing, but I had to ask for an itemized bill.

I was left standing at the service counter for 5 minutes while two employees were on their cell phone having a personal conversation. I had to speak up to get help and still was not treated nicely! I do not care for this dealership at all since the buy out of Anderson!

I brought my truck in for an appointment that was pre-scheduled. The courtesy shuttle took me to work. I never heard anything back from the service department. About an hour before they closed I started calling to see when my truck would be completed. I was told it was and that they would send over the shuttle. When I got there I was told nothing was completed. They said they knew what was wrong (fuel filter housing?) but they would have to order a part. I never received the other quotes for additional work that I requested. I took the truck and, after not hearing from Anderson about a follow-up appointment/quotes I went elsewhere. It turns out the entire housing did not need to be replaced…only a connector. I also had other work done that I never received quotes for…. Your service department lost an over $1k service job for the dealership.

Service was great my only complaint is I received a coupon in the mail for 5 dollars off service, and when we were checking out was told that we should have presented it to the service writer so that could take it off. It was just 5 dollars not big deal just the point that nowhere on the coupon did it say present to service writer to validate, if your cashiers can't accept coupons don't send them out anymore.

Service was very good, but when tires were rotated on my van, they did not properly set the air pressure in them. A van should have 55 up front & 75 in the rear tires. We they rotated the tires they did not remove air from front tires & they did not put air in the rear tires. This was a big hassle for me and my work van...
